Having spent years rehabbing post-operative knees while working closely alongside an orthopaedic surgeon, I have seen what successful recovery truly requires — and how often pelvic health plays an overlooked role in supporting female athletes returning to sport.
I am an orthopaedic and pelvic physiotherapist with a strong focus on return-to-sport rehabilitation. Over the past several years, I have rehabilitated a high volume of post-surgical knee injuries, developing extensive experience in progressive loading, sport-specific rehab, and long-term performance outcomes. Through this work, I have seen firsthand how pelvic health conditions can impact strength, confidence, and performance.
As a former artistic athlete, I understand the physical and mental demands placed on athletes, including the pressures of training, competition, and recovery. I take an individualized, whole-body approach to care, helping athletes move well, recover fully, and return to sport feeling strong, supported, and confident in their bodies.

Movement and sport have always been at the centre of my life. My background as a
competitive athlete inspired me to pursue a career in physiotherapy, where I developed a
deep appreciation for how the body adapts, heals, and performs.
I completed my Master of Science in Physical Therapy at McMaster University. During my
studies, I was fortunate to complete a clinical placement at a pelvic physiotherapy clinic in
Edinburgh, Scotland, where I was introduced to the field and witnessed its profound
impact on quality of life. This experience shaped my passion for helping individuals regain
confidence and strength in their bodies.
My practice blends movement-based rehabilitation, evidence-informed exercise, and
education to help people recover from injury, enhance performance, and return to the
activities they love. I take pride in creating a supportive and collaborative environment
where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy group workout classes, cooking, skiing, and travelling— activities
that keep me energized and connected to the active lifestyle I encourage in others.
