Physiotherapy is a partnership between you and a physiotherapist to help you feel your best. It is more than just assessing and diagnosis your specific problem. It's working together to come up with a plan so you can return to your sport and have the tools to manage symptoms as you work towards your sport performance goals.

We work with athletes with a wide variety of sports injuries and levels of competition. From the weekend warrior to professional athlete, we've got you covered!

Movement and sport have always been at the centre of my life. My background as a competitive athlete inspired me to pursue a career in physiotherapy, where I developed a deep appreciation for how the body adapts, heals, and performs. I completed my Master of Science in Physical Therapy at McMaster University. During my studies, I was fortunate to complete a clinical placement at a pelvic physiotherapy clinic in Edinburgh, Scotland, where I was introduced to the field and witnessed its profound impact on quality of life. This experience shaped my passion for helping individuals regain confidence and strength in their bodies.

My practice blends movement-based rehabilitation, evidence-informed exercise, and education to help people recover from injury, enhance performance, and return to the activities they love. I take pride in creating a supportive and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.

Outside the clinic, I enjoy group workout classes, cooking, skiing, and travelling— activities that keep me energized and connected to the active lifestyle I encourage in others.

Originally hailing from Kingston Ontario, I have spent the past 7 years in London pursuing an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and subsequently completed my Masters in Physical Therapy at Western University. It was during my training that I developed a strong passion for sport injury management and women’s health.

My personal experiences as both a competitive athlete and a varsity athletic trainer have equipped me with a deep understanding of the physical demands and psychological challenges that come with sports. As a dedicated clinician, my commitment is to collaborate closely with you in formulating a personalized treatment plan, one that will facilitate your return to peak performance and optimal well-being.

With my experience assisting individuals dealing with pelvic floor dysfunction, I understand the sensitivity surrounding these matters. I want to assure you that when you schedule a session with me, you will be welcomed into a secure and judgment-free space where your concerns are understood and your goals are prioritized.

My ultimate goal is to establish a practice that fosters empowerment among individuals, enabling them to take control of their health and overall well-being.
